How it works

The basic foundation of what we offer is a ground breaking Telco grade XML SoftSwitch purpose designed for handling network based PSTN and SIP traffic. It offers a high level of integration with customers IT infrastructure and third party application vendors via a rich set of APIs based on XML, CCXML and Vo, as well as fully functional CTI.

Newstel also offers its own pre-built Automated Call handling (IVR) and Contact Centre application sets which sit on top of the platform. Through its use of XML in an intuitive Service Creation Environment, Newtel makes it easy, quick and cost effective for Telcos and system integrators to develop their own tight integration at multiple points into enterprise customers' existing IT systems.
